First step

Select one of the options below - Return/Reclaim/Exchange, where you then enter your email and order number. Fill in the email from which you ordered the item.

Step Two

You will receive a confirmation email with the case number. We will contact you within a few days to discuss the next steps. Keep the case number and write it on the package you return to us. If you're not sure what to do, email us at: rumpel@lifeisporno.com.
