Forbidden Spot – Our LIP Home in Prague

What can you find there? First of all, it’s our showroom, where you can sometimes stumble upon exclusive pieces you won’t get online. The specific design “Dirty is the new Clean” was created for us by Dian, our in-house artist and co-founder of the label.

🚨 THE STORE IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED. 🚨

Fun fact: when you look at the following pictures, it might seem like two photos side by side. Nope! It’s one room – clean on one side, dirty on the other.

On the stairs, we also have a black-and-white gallery that’s already been signed by over 100 artists.

In 2016, we opened Forbidden Spot in the Holešovice Art District. We didn’t live there, but it was our living room where the biggest ideas were born.

What went down there?

🎨 The most colorful gallery in the world – street artists, writers, illustrators, everyone left their mark.
🏡 Coworking on 1400 m² – but in our style. You could literally work from a waterbed.
🛹 Skate exhibitions – sometimes with world-class riders before Mystic Skate Cup.
🎭 Battle qualifications – breakdance battles with dancers from all over Europe.
💈 The very first European Barber Battle – with Vince The Barber and Julius Caesar from Gray Matter L.A. as judges.
🧢 Snapback & hat exhibitions – for example in collaboration with London designer BySju.
🎟 Sticker gallery – thousands of labels from artists and brands from all around the world. You could easily spend an hour just in the bathroom.
